Eating Disorder Support Group
Rock Recovery’s Lasting Freedom series is a six-week support group designed to help you heal the relationship between food and your body. Led by a dietician, each week involves teaching, prayer, and discussion on topics including intuitive eating, meal planning, and accepting your body as God created it.
Resto-Redeemer Staff Retreat
The staff from Redeemer in Richmond, VA and Restoration in Arlington, VA met together at Restoration for a day of intentional, inter-squad staff development. It was wonderful.
