Details:

Finding Food Freedom, part of the Lasting Freedom series, is a six-week support series designed to help you understand the important role food plays in your life, so that you can begin to heal the relationship between food and your body.

Often, the desire to control and/or change our bodies comes from the false belief that we are either “too much” or “not enough.” For those who struggle with their relationship with food, these false beliefs can quickly manifest into harmful eating habits that ruin the natural, physical connection we have to our bodies that tells us what our body needs.

In this course, we’ll walk through a series of topics to help you heal that connection and find balance in your relationship with food. We’ll cover topics like intuitive eating, meal planning to live a full and happy life, understanding food’s role and accepting your body as God created it. Register today to join us on this journey and begin to find healing and food freedom!
