Pray & Ponder

In the fall of 2019, God planted a seed of an idea which grew into Restoration Anglican Church's (Arlington, VA) Pray & Ponder: a podcast for kids and the grownups who love them. In God's perfect timing, Restoration launched Pray & Ponder right before COVID shut things down for our world -- keeping a connection to church for kids and families. Pray & Ponder is an invitation to listen to the scriptures and anticipate the good work that the Holy Spirit will do in and through those who listen. These little moments of preparing space to sit and listen -- and pray and ponder -- have also been a way to model for those grownups who love our kids, how they, too, might read the Bible and listen to the Holy Spirit together with the little people in their lives. Pray & Ponder is wrapping up season 3 -- TEND+grow -- as the school year ends and is already preparing season 4 -- Wild Wondering with God -- which will be available over the summer -- just in time for road trips!
