The Blessing of the Burrito Bandits

by Tee Feyrer

Because of higher COVID numbers on campus (University of Richmond), we made the difficult, but wise decision to begin our Monday Night gatherings "semi-virtually.” In February, Tori (my wife) and I were the self-proclaimed "burrito-bandits,” delivering burritos and desserts to students as we raced across campus. It's been so fun!

As they finish eating, students gather in small groups to tune into CCO virtually to sing and read God's Word together. Soon after, we end the Zoom and they begin to minister to one another, their roommates, and friends as they discuss God's word and pray together. It has been a tremendous success as a temporary solution, but we're excited to have students in our backyard.
