Easter Basket Blessing

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2

In his good, pleasing, and perfect will was exactly where we were on April 10! Love Baltimore's BE Transformed, a ministry in Baltimore City that is committed to serving and loving a community with the abundance of heaven, held an Easter Family Community Event. With support of Church of the Resurrection in Lutherville, MD, we were able to shower this community with the love of Jesus through free clothing (including "Easter best" for the whole family), books, and Easter "baskets" filled with goodies and, most importantly, The Gospel Story. Despite the wind and cold, families from the community came out together. They played together, were prayed for, and heard about and experienced the radical love of Jesus.
