Uganda Christian University Vice Chancellor Visits Epiphany & Truro

After worshipping with Truro, Fairfax, VA, on Sunday, Jan. 28, Epiphany Anglican Church in Chantilly, VA was honored to host Dr. Aaron Mushengyezi, and his wife, Patience, February 1-4.  As Vice Chancellor, Dr. Mushengyezi serves in a role equivalent to that of a North American university president overseeing the six campuses and 12,000 students of Uganda Christian University.  Dr. Mushengyezi, joined with members of the Uganda Christian University Partners board for meetings at Epiphany on Feb. 1-2, was the honored guest at a banquet on Friday evening (pictured) and brought greetings from Uganda Christian University and the Archbishop of the Anglican Church in Uganda to Epiphany on Sunday, February 4.  Epiphany is sending a group to Uganda to participate in UCU’s graduation festivities this coming October.
