The diocese is making plans for Synod. As stipulated in our Constitution and Canons, the letter announcing Synod was sent out 180 days before Synod. Letters from the Chairs of the Nominating Committee and the Constitution Committee were sent out as well. At this time, a decision has not been made if Synod will be held in person at All Saints’ church or on line. Right now it’s too early to tell. However, the deadline for submission are still in place:

July 23: Proposed changes to the Constitution and Canons must be received by the committee.

August 21: Churches report their Synod lay delegates to the registrar.

September 9: Nominations for diocesan committee positions are due.
