ABOUT THE NEXT GENERATION LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE
The Next Generation Leadership Initiative (NGLI) is one of the six ministry priorities identified by Archbishop Foley Beach of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). The vision of NGLI is to raise up the next generation of leaders for the next generation of the ACNA through a variety of networks, each with a specialized focus: Access (accessibility), Antioch (ethnic diversity), Student, Family, and Women.
