Memorial Sunday Chalices

On the Sunday closest to Memorial Day, Church of the Epiphany in Chantilly, VA uses two chalices from military chaplain communion sets. One chalice was used by a Marine chaplain in World War I and World War II.  It is on loan to Epiphany from the Veteran’s Center. The other comes from Fr. Peter’s communion set from the time of the Korean War.
