Dear Clergy, Synod Lay Delegates, and Youth Delegates,

The 2020 DOMA Synod is Saturday, November 21 via Zoom. To prepare for this event, we are holding three short 20-minute practice sessions. Each will go over the agenda items and help familiarize delegates with the technical details of Zoom so everyone can fully participate during Synod. We won't have time to teach or practice these the day of Synod, so we are asking all DOMA clergy and delegates to join one of the practice sessions listed below.

Note: It would be helpful if you join the practice session using the device (computer, tablet, or smartphone*) you plan to use for Synod. This way you will be familiar with how to access and use the various Zoom features on your device. And if there are any glitches, we can work them out during the practice session.
