The Provincial Council is the governing body for the Anglican Church in North America and shall have the authority to adopt canons and constitutional amendments for ratification by the Provincial Assembly and to establish the program and budget of the Province.

Although most of the meetings are for lay and clergy delegates, there are two opportunities for everyone to participate.
