Synod 2015 - Church Planting Internships and Residencies
Internships and residencies are a great way to develop the leadership pipeline in your congregation. Come learn more about how you can create a place where young ministry leaders can blossom as they help your church grow and gain valuable experience that will prepare them to launch a new church plant. You'll hear wonderful testimonies from churches that have been blessed by working with interns and residents.
